Devilled Lamb Cutlets HT MC English 35mins plus marinating
Serves 4 Hot Lamb Herbs Main Course Gluten Wheat Dairy Free England British Europe
Ingredients 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 level tbsp
English Mustard 2 teasp freshly
chopped Parsley
Instructions
1. In a shallow ovenproof dish, mix together the Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, golden syrup, salt, pepper and herbs.
2. Add the meat to the dish, turn to coat well then cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, turning once.
3. Preheat oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6. Uncover the cutlets and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
