1 level tbsp
2 tbsp Golden Syrup (treacle)
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
2 teasp freshly chopped Mint
2 teasp freshly
8 lean Lamb Cutlets or chops
1. In a
shallow ovenproof dish, mix together the Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, golden syrup,
salt, pepper and herbs.
2. Add the meat to
the dish, turn to coat well then cover with cling film and leave to marinate for
30 minutes, turning once.
3. Preheat oven to
200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6. Uncover the cutlets and bake for 20-25
minutes or until cooked to your liking.
