900g/2lb Lamb, cubed
4 tbsp Flaked Almonds
4 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
240ml/8fl.oz. Stock or Water
12 Prunes, pitted
1. Season the lamb with salt then heat the oil in a large saucepan until hot,
add the lamb and brown on all sides. Remove from the pan with a slotted
spoon and set aside.
2. Add the almonds, sugar and cinnamon to the pan then stir in the orange juice
and water and bring to the boil stirring.
