Pan-fried Lamb with Parmesan HT MC 40mins Serves 4 Hot Lamb Pork herbs Pan Fried Main Course Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 1 tbsp Olive Oil 25g/1oz Butter ½ teasp Sugar 2 Onions, chopped 8 Lamb Chops 50g/2oz Streaky Bacon, chopped 25g/1oz Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, choppedInstructions 1. Heat half the oil with the butter in a saucepan. Add the sugar and onions and cook over a gentle heat for 10 minutes. Add the bacon and continue to cook for a further 15 minutes stirring occasionally, until lightly golden.
2. Meanwhile heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, add the chops and cook for 8-10 minutes each side.
3. To serve - Transfer the chops to a warmed serving platter and spoon over the onion and bacon mixture, sprinkle with the parmesan and parsley and serve immediately.
