Spiced Shish Kebabs HT MC

Ingredients
675g/1½lb Leg of Lamb, cut into 3.5cm/1½ inch cubes
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 teasp Salt
1 teasp Ground Ginger
½ teasp Ground Cinnamon
¼ teasp Ground Cloves
3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Onion Wedges
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix well with your hands so
the meat is evenly coated. Cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate for 20
minutes.
2. Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil. Thread
the meat and onion wedges onto skewers alternately then grill for 4-5 minutes on
each side, or until the meat is cooked according to your taste.
