Lamb Steaks with Thyme    HT   MC    30mins plus marinating

Serves 4         Hot    Lamb  Herbs  Main Course   Gluten Wheat Dairy Free  Eggless



4 Slices Leg of Lamb, about 2.5cm/1 inch thick

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

20 Sprigs Lemon Thyme

Salt and Pepper




1.  Rub each steak on each side with olive oil, lemon juice salt and pepper.


2. Pull the leaves off the thyme and scatter over the meat, on both sides. Leave for 1 to 2 hours.


2. Preheat the grill to hot. Grill the steaks for 5-10 minutes on each side, according to taste.
