Lamb with Basil
4 Hot Lamb
Herbs Pan fried Main
Course Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless
teasp Olive Oil
Garlic Cloves, crushed
tbsp Fresh Basil (including
tbsp Fresh Parsley, (including stalks)
Fresh Lamb Stock
and Black Pepper
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and fry gently for 2-3 minutes. Add the
lamb and sauté for 6-8 minutes each side until cooked through.
Meanwhile, place the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, stock and seasonings in
a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Transfer the sauce to a pan,
heat through and serve with the lamb.
N.B. You can
also use lamb chops of cutlets. Allow 2-3 per person depending on their size.
