Lamb with Basil Sauce HT MC 30mins Serves 4 Hot Lamb Herbs Pan fried Main Course Gluten Wheat Dairy free EgglessIngredients 1 teasp Olive Oil 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed 4 Lamb Steaks 100g/4oz Sun-dried Tomatoes 2 tbsp Fresh Basil (including stalks) 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, (including stalks) 300ml/10fl.oz. Fresh Lamb Stock Salt and Black Pepper Instructions 1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and fry gently for 2-3 minutes. Add the lamb and sauté for 6-8 minutes each side until cooked through.
2. Meanwhile, place the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, stock and seasonings in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Transfer the sauce to a pan, heat through and serve with the lamb.
N.B. You can also use lamb chops of cutlets. Allow 2-3 per person depending on their size.
