Lamb with Green Beans

675g/1½ lb Green Beans, topped and tailed
5 tbsp Oil

1. Break the
beans into short lengths then melt the butter in a large saucepan,
add the beans and cook for a few minutes to coat. Add
the stock, salt and pepper and continue cooking
