Lamb with Peas
4 Hot Lamb Vegetables Herbs
Main Course Dairy Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
tbsp Vegetable Oil
Boned shoulder of Lamb
of 1 Lemon
Fresh Lamb Stock
½ lb Frozen Peas
tbsp Fresh Oregano, chopped
and Black Pepper
Cut the lamb into pieces about 5cm/2 inches square. Heat the oil in a pan add the
meat and fry until lightly browned. Add the onion and fry with the meat for a
further 2-3 minutes.
Pour the lemon juice all over add the stock, oregano and seasoning. Cover and
cook for 1 hour until the meat is tender.
Add the frozen peas and cook for a further 10 minutes. Serve hot.
