Minty Meatballs HT MC 50mins Serves 4 Hot Lamb Herbs Main Course Dairy Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 575g/1 ¼lb Minced Lamb Salt and Black Pepper 1 tbsp Olive Oil 50g/2oz Onion, finely chopped 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped 3 tbsp Fresh Mint, chopped
Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4. Put the minced lamb in a large bowl and add salt and pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion until lightly coloured. Stir the onion into the meat. Add the chopped herbs and mix well.
3. Form into small balls, place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning over once or twice. Alternatively, the meat balls may be cooked in a frying pan.
Can be served with a yoghurt and mint sauce.
