400g/14oz Gram (besan) Flour
240ml/8fl.oz. Ghee
450g/1lb Sugar
1 teasp Ground Cardamom
25g/1oz Chopped Almonds

25g/1oz Chopped Pistachios


1. Heat the ghee in a large saucepan, add the flour and fry it on a low heat stirring constantly, until golden brown. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

2. Add sugar and cardamom to the pan and mix well. 


3. Add chopped nuts and mix well.

4. Shape into small balls.
