1 teasp Ground Cardamom
25g/1oz Chopped Almonds
1. Heat the ghee in a large saucepan, add the flour and fry it on a low heat
stirring constantly, until golden brown. Remove from the heat and allow to cool
2. Add sugar and cardamom to the pan and mix well.
3. Add chopped
nuts and mix well.
4. Shape into small balls.
