Makes 1 Sandwich Cold Seafood Shellfish Lunch Main Course Teatime Tea Snack
2 Thin Slices White or Wholemeal Bread
A Little Butter
100g/4oz fresh Cooked Crabmeat (white or brown and white meat mixed)
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
A squeeze of Lemon Juice
¼ teasp Ground Paprika
1 tbsp roughly chopped Watercress
1. Lightly butter one side of both slices of bread and set aside.
2. Place the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix gently but

slice of bread, buttered side down.
4. Cut into quarters before serving.
Also good made with ordinary cress or mustard and cress.
