Homemade Tahini    Veg  CD  Condiment  M Eastern 5mins

 

Serves 4   Cold  Vegetarian  Vegan  Ingredient  Gluten Wheat Dairy free  Middle East 

 

Ingredients

350g/+12oz  Sesame seeds, lightly toasted

4 tbsp Peanut oil

Salt

 

Instructions

 

1. Place the sesame seeds in a food processor and process for 3 minutes.

 

2. Add 2 teaspoons of the peanut oil and process on high for 30 seconds.

 

3. Add the remaining peanut oil and process for about 2 minutes until very smooth. Season with salt if required.
