Vegan Flavouring Ingredient Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
Place the sugar in a large mixing bowl. Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape
the seeds onto the sugar.
Cut the two halves into 12mm/½ inch pieces and
add top the sugar. Mix well.
Transfer to a large jar and seal well. Store in a cool dry place for at least 1
week, shaking the jar every day.

until the flavour of the vanilla sugar weakens.
