4 Hot Offal Alcohol Dried Fruit Main Course Gluten

teasp Tomato Puree
Calves Liver, thinly sliced
Place the port, cognac and sultanas in a small saucepan over a low heat, mix
well and simmer very gently for 10 minutes.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan, add the liver and sauté for about 2- 3
minutes on each side. Do not overcook.
Add the sultana mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and serve
