Liver Braise HT
Serves 1 Hot Offal Vegetables Spices
Main Course Dairy Free Eggless
˝ tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Green Capsicum (sweet pepper), deseeded and thinly sliced
˝ Small Onion, sliced
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
100g/4oz Chicken Livers, chopped
1 teasp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1. Heat the oil in a medium sized frying pan until hot then add the peppers,
onion, and garlic and sauté over a medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring
from time to time until softened.
2. Add the liver to the pan, together with the lemon juice and soy sauce and
cook for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Serve immediately with rice.
