Student Liver with
Mushrooms HT MC
Serves 1 Hot Offal Herbs Vegetables Main
Course Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless
1 tbsp Olive Oil
½ Small Onion, sliced
50g/2oz Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
100g/4oz Lamb or Calves' Liver, sliced
120ml/4fl.oz. Stock or Dry Sherry (or half of each)
½ teasp dried Mixed Herbs
Freshly chopped Parsley to serve
1. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and
mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the
onion is softened. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
