Calves Liver with Onions HT MC 20mins Serves 4 Hot Offal Main course EgglessIngredients: 450g/1lb Onions, sliced 4 Sliced Calves Liver Salt and Pepper 2 tbsp Plain Flour 50g/2oz Butter ½ teasp Dried Sage Instructions 1. Toss the liver slices in the flour which has been seasoned with the sage, salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a large frying pan. Add the onions and fry till golden.
2. Add the liver and fry for 3-4 minutes each side. Stir in parsley.
3. To serve - transfer the liver to warmed serving dish and top with the fried onions. Spoon pan juices over and serve immediately.
