Button Mushrooms, sliced
Salami, cut into matchstick strips
Dry White Wine (check manufacture)
tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
Cut the liver into 2.5cm/1inch pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the
onions and fry until golden. Add liver and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, salami, tomatoes, wine, basil, salt and pepper. Fry gently for a
further 5 minutes, stirring. Serve hot.
