Calves Liver with Salami HT MC 25mins Serves 4 Hot Offal Pork Alcohol Herbs Vegetables Main course Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless
Ingredients 1 Onion, chopped 450g/1lb Calves Liver 100g/4oz Button Mushrooms, sliced 100g/4oz Salami, cut into matchstick strips 4 Tomatoes, quartered 4 tbsp Oil 150ml/5fl.oz. Dry White Wine (check manufacture) 1 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped Salt and Pepper
Instructions 1. Cut the liver into 2.5cm/1inch pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onions and fry until golden. Add liver and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
2. Add the mushrooms, salami, tomatoes, wine, basil, salt and pepper. Fry gently for a further 5 minutes, stirring. Serve hot.
