Kidney and Rosemary Skewers HT MC 25mins Serves 4 Hot Offal Herbs Main course Gluten Wheat FreeIngredients: 450g/1lb Lamb Kidneys 3 Tomatoes 1 teasp Dried Rosemary 2 tbsp Olive Oil Salt and Pepper Maitre d'hotel butter to serve Instructions 1. Preheat grill. Prepare kidneys and cut in half. Wipe tomatoes and cut into wedges.
2. Thread kidneys and tomato wedges alternately on skewers. Sprinkle with rosemary and brush with oil.
3. Cook under a hot grill for 10-15 minutes, turning once. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with pats of Maitre d'hotel butter. Serve immediately.
