Spicy Liver HT MC Indonesian 25mins Serves 4 Hot Offal Fish Main course Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless Indonesia Asia AsianIngredients 1 Large Onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp Oil 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed 1 teasp Ground Ginger 2 teasp Powdered Chilli 1 tbsp Anchovy Paste (check ingredients) 450g/1lb Lambs' Liver 1 Stick Lemon Grass 1 teasp Sugar ½ teasp Vinegar 300ml/10fl.oz. Coconut Milk
Instructions 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and anchovy paste. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. 2. Cut the liver into fine dice. Add to pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes. 3. Add lemon grass, sugar, vinegar and coconut milk. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently until mixture thickens. Serve immediately.
