Large Onion, finely chopped
Garlic Cloves, crushed
teasp Ground Ginger
teasp Powdered Chilli
tbsp Anchovy Paste (check ingredients)
Stick Lemon Grass
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and anchovy paste.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Cut the liver into fine dice. Add to pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add lemon grass, sugar, vinegar and coconut milk. Bring to boil, reduce heat and
simmer gently until mixture thickens. Serve immediately.
