1.) How safe is this web site?

Recipes4us uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your credit/debit card details. No information about your credit cards or payment details are sent to or stored on the Recipes4us web site or its server. Once you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, you are taken to a secure server on the PayPal network or directly to the Amazon.co.uk website. PayPal are one of the most popular payment solutions worldwide.  

2.) How do I cancel an online order?

Recipes4us operates a quick order turnover level which means that orders are dispatched to their destinations usually within 5 working days of receiving an order. 

However, if you do wish to cancel your order within 5 business days of ordering from us, then please contact us at Cancellations@Recipes4us.co.uk  to express your interest to cancel your order, quoting the date and details of your order.

We will make every effort to cancel any unwanted orders but we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel orders after 5 days from your initial interest in purchasing the goods.

3.) How do I return an order?

Recipes4us operate a strict returns policy due to the nature of the goods that are being ordered.

You may return an ordered and correctly supplied item(s) to us subject to the following conditions:

(i)     Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 5 working days.
(ii)    Goods must be intact, unopened, undamaged with tamper seals intact where appropriate.
(iii)    Subject to the above conditions we will provide refund less any credit / debit card expenses and original postage expenses. It will be the customers responsibility to arrange return posting. No liability will be accepted by Recipes4us for returned goods that are either lost in transit or damaged in transit. Proof of posting is advisable.

4.) What countries can I order from?

All items - anywhere on this planet....so long as it has a recognised postal service.

5.) How are the goods delivered?

We deliver by first class or Air Mail post in secure packaging to ensure the items are received in top condition. 

6.) How are the online orders processed?

Recipes4us.co.uk is not a medical site. All recipes are published for your convenience and are both suitable and tasty enough to be eaten by anyone without  food  allergies,  as  part of a normal diet. We  advise you to consult a qualified doctor before starting any special diet.   If you suffer from and food allergies, always check the ingredients on the label  of commercially prepared products.   Sorry, unfortunately no correspondence can  be entered into regarding medical matters.
