Pork Fruit Hors d’oeuvre Starter Appetiser Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
12 Small Figs
12 Paper thin slices Parma Ham
1. Using a sharp knife, cut the figs into quarters lengthways without cutting
through the skin at the base.
2. Gently pull the flesh of the fruit away from the skin, leaving the central
part of the pulp still attached to the skin.
3. Stand the figs on a serving platter and drape the Parma ham between the figs.
Serve at room temperature.
