Ingredients: 4 Slices Bread Butter
1 large Cooked Chicken Breast, thinly
225g/8oz Tinned Mandarin Segments, 16 Walnut halves Fresh Parsley sprigs to garnish
Instructions
1.
Toast the bread on both sides and remove the crusts.

Butter one side then cut into quarters (either squares or triangles).
Alternatively,

Place half a slice of chicken on each piece of bread and decorate with the
mandarin segments
and walnut halves.
4.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
Do
not make too far ahead of serving as the toast will go soft.
