Ingredients
12 x 5cm/2” Vol-au-Vent cases
For the filling
125g/5oz Soft Goat’s Cheese
60ml/2fl.oz. Crème Fraîche
Approx 4 tbsp Pesto
Instructions
1. Place the goat’s cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat until very soft and
light.
2. Add Crème Fraîche and fold together until well blended.
3. Three quarters fill each case with the goat’s cheese mixture then drizzle a
little of the pesto over the top. Serve cold.
