Ingredients 100g/4oz Butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 8.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and cheese very well.
3. Sift the flour together with the cayenne pepper then slowly beat the flour into the butter mixture.
4. Take small pieces of the mixture and wrap around each date.
5. Place on an ungreased baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
