Ingredients 90ml/3fl.oz.
Soy Sauce 2
tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter 2
Garlic Cloves, crushed 1
small Onion, very finely chopped The
juice of 1 Lemon, 12
Chicken Drumsticks Instructions 1.
Remove the skin from the drumsticks and make shallow cuts through the flesh at
intervals. This helps the marinade to penetrate the meat. 2.
Place all the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine
thoroughly. 3.
Add the drumsticks to the marinade, mix well, forcing the marinade into the cuts
then cover and leave for 1 hour. 4.
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Place
the drumsticks on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning from time to
time and basting with the marinade, until cooked through. Serve hot.
