Buffet Appetizer Ingredients 4
Spring Onions (green and white parts), chopped 75g/3oz tinned Pink Salmon, drained and bones removed 1
tbsp Mayonnaise Salt 1
teasp ready-made Horseradish 20
Cherry tomatoes Instructions 1.
Place the onion, salmon, mayonnaise, salt to taste and horseradish in a mixing
bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate. 2.
Cut about 6mm/¼ inch off
the top of each tomato and remove the seeds to leave a shell. Invert the
tomatoes onto kitchen paper to drain. 3.
Fill each tomato shell with 1 teaspoon of the filling.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
