Chicken, minced 1
tbsp Soy Sauce 75g/3oz
Breadcrumbs 2
teasp freshly grated Ginger 1
Small Onion, chopped

Sesame Oil 2
Garlic Cloves, crushed
½
teasp 5-Spice powder 1
Egg, beaten 2
tbsp Hoisin Sauce Vegetable
oil for shallow frying Instructions 1.
Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. 2.
Place the remaining ingredients (apart from the oil for shallow frying) in a
mixing bowl and mix well. Use your hands to squish the mixture together. 3.
Form the mixture into 30 balls. 4.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan to very hot then brown the balls on all
sides. You may have to do this in batches. Drain on absorbent paper. 5.
Transfer the browned balls to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until
cooked through. Serve hot.
