Ingredients:
450g/1lb Cooked New Potatoes, peeled 2 teasp Dijon Mustard (check ingredients)
4 rashers Streaky Bacon
Instructions
1.
Preheat the grill to hot. Cut each potato in half and spread
the flat surfaces
2.
Cut the bacon rashers in half lengthways then into strips, about 5cm/2 inches
long. Wrap a piece of bacon around each potato half and secure each with a
toothpick.
3.
Grill for approximately 5 minutes, turning from time to time, until bacon
is crispy and browned.
These can be prepared 2 days ahead. Make to stage 3 then cover and refrigerate until needed.
