Baked Oysters with Herb Butter HT

Ingredients:
24 Fresh Oysters in their shells (opened) 50g/2oz Butter 2 Spring Onions, finely chopped 1 Garlic Clove, crushed 2 teasp Freshly chopped Chives 1 teasp Freshly chopped Parsley 1 Tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4 and place the oysters in a shallow,

Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the onion and garlic and cook over

Stir in the herbs and mix well.
4. Spoon the onion mixture over the oysters, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake
in the oven for about 5
minutes or until heated through.
These
can be prepared up to 12 hours ahead. Make to stage 5. Cover and refrigerate
until needed.
