Brandy Cocktail  Veg   CD   PFC  2mins


Serves 1      Cold    Vegetarian   Cocktails   Party    Drinks



   1-2 Ice Cubes

   60ml/2fl.oz Brandy

   30ml/1fl.oz Red Vermouth

   2 dashes Angostura Bitters

   A piece of Lemon Peel to serve




1. Crack the ice (but don't crush it into too small pieces) and place in a mixing glass.


2. Add the brandy, vermouth and Angostua Bitters. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the lemon peel.


N.B. Don't be tempted to mix direct in the serving glass, as this drink shouldn't be served with the ice. There's nothing worse than having watered down cocktails !
