Makes 16 Appetizers Cold Seafood Fish Party Food Buffet Parties Appetizer Eggless
Ingredients 4 Spring Onions, very finely chopped 1 teasp Lemon Juice 125g/5oz Caviar 4 slices of Bread Butter
Instructions
1.
Place the onion in a bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice and mix well.
2.
Butter the bread and remove the crusts then cut into quarters or, using a
biscuit cutter,
into rounds.
3.
Spread the caviar on the buttered bread then sprinkle the spring onion over the
top. Cover loosely with foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
This can be prepared up to 6 hours in advance.
