Champagne Daisy Cocktail
2-3 Ice Cubes
tbsp Yellow Chartreuse
tbsp Lemon Juice
2 teasp Grenadine
Fruit in season -
cut into small pieces
1. Crack the ice (but don't crush it into too small pieces) and place in
a shake together with the chartreuse, lemon juice and grenadine.
2. Shake well and strain into a shallow champagne glass.
3. Top up with champagne and decorate with pieces of fruit.
N.B. Don't be tempted to mix the cocktail directly in the serving glass, as this drink
with the ice. There's nothing worse than having watered down cocktails !
