Cheese and Sausage Canapés HT PFC English 15mins
Makes 24 Hot Pork Party Food Parties Buffet Appetizer England British Europe
Ingredients 6 slices of Bread English Mustard 6 Cooked Sausages 100g/4oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
Instructions
1.
Toast the bread then butter and cut each slice into 4 quarters.
2.
Cut each sausage into thin slices. Preheat the grill to hot.
3.
Spread the toast squares with a little mustard then top each square with a few slices
of sausage.
4.
Place on a grill pan and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
5. Cook under the hot grill for a few minutes until browned and bubbling. Serve immediately.
