Vegetarian Party Cocktails Drinks
2-3 Ice Cubes
tbsp Crème de Cacao
Bitter Chocolate, grated
1. Crack the ice (but don't crush it into too small pieces) and place in
a shaker together with the port, crème de cacao and chartreuse.
2. Shake very well and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle the grated
chocolate over the top.
N.B. Don't be tempted to mix the cocktail directly in the serving glass, as this drink
with the ice. There's nothing worse than having watered down cocktails !
