Christmas Buttered Rum

1 teasp Ground Nutmeg
1 teasp Ground Cinnamon
600ml/1pt Soft Vanilla Ice Cream
Place the butter, sugar and spices in a mixing bowl and beat until well blended.
Beat in the ice cream then transfer to a freezer container. Seal and freeze
3. To serve - place about 90ml/3fl.oz. of the ice cream mixture into a mug, add
30ml/1fl.oz of rum and 120ml/4fl.oz. boiling water. Stir well.
