Ingredients
225g/8oz Shelled Brazil Nuts 50g/2oz Butter 2 teasp Olive Oil
1 teasp Paprika
1 teasp Dry Mustard
1 teasp Celery Salt
1 teasp Onion Salt
Cayenne Pepper Garlic Salt
Instructions
1.
Carefully slice the nuts into thick slices.
2.
Heat the butter and oil in a large pan, add the sliced nuts and fry over a
medium heat for 4-5 minutes, turning frequently, until lightly browned on all
sides.
3.
Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the seasonings. Toss well. Serve hot or cold.
