Very Hot Strong Black Coffee
2 teasp Sugar
1 tbsp Irish Whiskey
1 tbsp Double Cream, lightly whipped
Heat a stemmed whiskey glass.
Heat the whiskey and pour into the
glass the glass. Top up with very
hot black coffee in which the sugar has been dissolved.
Even if you don't normally take sugar
in your coffee, this is an intrinsic part of this recipe: don't leave it out.
Turn a teaspoon upside down and hold it against the rim inside the glass. Slide
cream slowly over the spoon to form a topping. Serve immediately.
