Cold Party Vegetarian Drinks
2-3 Ice Cubes
A dash Angostura
1/2 Lemon Slice
1. Crack the ice (but don't crush it into too small pieces) and place in
a shaker with the brandy, cointreau and Angostua Bitters.
2. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with sparkling
wine and garnish the rim of the glass with the lemon.
N.B. Don't be tempted to mix direct in the serving glass, as this drink
with the ice. There's nothing worse than having watered down cocktails !
