Ingredients 175g/6oz Puff or Shortcrust Pastry
225g/8oz Sausages, skinned Flour Milk or beaten egg to glaze
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
2. Roll pastry into oblong about 20cm/8 inches long x 15cm/6 inches wide, then cut in half lengthways. You will have 2 oblongs 20cm/8 inches long x 8cm/3 inches wide.

Place the sausages lengthways down the centre of each piece of pastry.
Brush the edges with milk or beaten egg then fold over to enclose the sausage.
Press the edges together firmly.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for
15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 180C, 350F,
