Smoked Salmon Canapés CD PFC 15mins
Makes 16 Cold Fish Herbs Party Food Appetizer Buffet
Ingredients:
4 Slices of Bread
Butter
75g/3oz Smoked Salmon, cut into 16 pieces
4 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled and cut into
Sprigs of fresh Dill to garnish
Instructions
1.
Toast the bread on both sides and remove the crusts.

Butter one side then cut into quarters (either squares or triangles).
Alternatively,

Place a piece of salmon on each piece of bread and top with a quarter of egg.
4.
Garnish with a sprig of dill.
