Ingredients:
450g/1lb Lean Minced Beef
50g/2oz Fresh White Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Heaped teasp Mixed Herbs Salt and Black Pepper
Vegetable oil for shallow frying
Instructions
1.
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly
blended.
2.
Form into balls about the size of a large walnut, using wet hands, cover and
chill for at least 30 minutes.
3.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the beef balls and fry on all sides
until browned and cooked through.
4. To serve - spear each ball with a cocktail stick transfer to a warmed serving platter and serve with a barbecue sauce.
