Ingredients
100g/4oz Blue Stilton Cheese
50g/2oz Cream Cheese
1 teasp Worcestershire Sauce
A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
100g/4oz Puff Pastry
Instructions
1.
Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and crumble the stilton on top. Add the Worcestershire
sauce and cayenne pepper and beat together with a wooden spoon until well
blended.
2. Roll the pastry out on a floured board to a rectangle about 28x15cm/11x6 inches.

Spread the cheese mixture over the surface of the rolled out pastry then roll up
lengthways
(like a swiss roll). Chill until firm.
4.
Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7.
5. Cut the chilled roll into 5mm/¼ inch slices and place, spaced apart, on baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Cool on wire racks.
