tbsp finely chopped Onions
teasp Freshly grated Root Ginger
Medium Chili Pepper, finely chopped
teasp Ground Lemon Grass
teasp Ground Coriander
teasp Ground Turmeric
Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onions, ginger and chilli and stir fry
for 3 minutes.
Add the lemon grass, coriander and turmeric and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add the sultanas, rice and water, bring to simmering point over a medium heat
then cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove from heat, fluff up with a fork and serve immediately.
