Spaghetti Omelette Veg HT MC 25mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Leftovers Pasta Main Course
Ingredients 225g/8oz Leftover Spaghetti Salt and Pepper 2 tbsp Freshly
Grated Parmesan
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan making sure there's enough to completely cover the base. Place half of the pasta in the pan, spreading it evenly over the bottom. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan then add the mozzarella evenly over the pasta and finally top with the remaining spaghetti. Cook for a few minutes until browned.
3. Place a large flat plate on top of the pan, flip the omelet unto the plate, then slip it back into the pan, brown side up and continue to cook until the second side is brown.
Serve immediately, cut into wedges.
