Student Tuna Beans on Toast HT MC 5mins
Serves 1 Hot Fish Pulses Main Course Eggless
This is an ultra quick, filling and cheap meal, for those times when you don't have much time or money. If you have a little bit of cheese going spare, you can grate it over the top.
Ingredients 1 tin Baked beans 1 Tin Tuna 2 Slices Bread
Instructions
1. Drain the tuna and place the fish in a small saucepan together with the entire contents of the baked beans.
2. Cook over a medium heat, stirring to mix well, until heated through.
3. Meanwhile, toast the bread on both sides.
4. To serve - place the toast on a large plate and top with the bean mixture.
