Frankfurters with Macaroni

This is n economical family friendly recipe which is ideal for a
mid week supper.
Short Cut Macaroni
x 200g/7oz tin Sweetcorn
Spring Onions, chopped
˝ oz Butter
˝ oz Plain Flour
and Black Pepper
Cheddar Cheese, grated
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, preheat the grill to hot and cook the frankfurters in boiling water according to the instructions on the packaging.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes stirring. Gradually add the milk, stirring all the time,
