Ham and Mushroom
Vegetables Main Course Dairy Free
Mushrooms, finely chopped
Onions, finely chopped
Garlic Clove, crushed
Lean ham, finely chopped
x 400g/14oz tin Chopped Tomatoes
tbsp Tomato Purée
teasp Dried Mixed Herbs
Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas mark 6 and grease a shallow ovenproof dish. In a bowl, mix together half the onions,
garlic and ham. Divide the stuffing
between the cannelloni tubes and place in the ovenproof dish.
In a bowl, mix together the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and the remaining onion. Spoon over the tubes so that
they are all coated. Cover and bake
for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
