Ham and Mushroom Cannelloni HT MC 50mins Serves 4 Hot Pork Pasta Vegetables Main Course Dairy FreeIngredients: 175g/6oz Mushrooms, finely chopped 2 Onions, finely chopped 1 Garlic Clove, crushed 75g/3oz Lean ham, finely chopped 12 Cannelloni Tubes 1 x 400g/14oz tin Chopped Tomatoes t tbsp Tomato Purée 1 teasp Dried Mixed HerbsInstructions 1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas mark 6 and grease a shallow ovenproof dish. In a bowl, mix together half the onions, garlic and ham. Divide the stuffing between the cannelloni tubes and place in the ovenproof dish.
2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and the remaining onion. Spoon over the tubes so that they are all coated. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
