Green Capsicum, seeded and sliced
Cooking Apple, peeled, cored and chopped
Garlic Clove, crushed

tbsp Unsalted Peanuts

Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion, carrots, pepper, tomatoes, apple,
and sage and fry gently for 15 minutes.
Add the lentils, raisins, peanuts, salt and pepper and continue to cook for 3
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the yogurt and cream cheese, blending well.
Stir into the vegetable mixture and heat gently for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
