Linguine with Red Onion Sauce

Pasta Vegetables Herbs
Main Course Eggless
Garlic Cloves, crushed
Large Red Onions, finely chopped
tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
teasp Dried Marjoram
and Black Pepper
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan, and gently fry the onion and garlic for 3-4
minutes, until golden. Add the herbs, seasoning
and cream, bring to the boil and simmer
gently for 2-3 minutes.
To serve - drain the pasta well, transfer to a warmed serving dish and top with the sauce. Serve immediately.
