Linguine with Red Onion Sauce Veg HT MC 20mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Pasta Vegetables Herbs Main Course Eggless Ingredients: 75g/3oz Butter 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed 2 Large Red Onions, finely chopped 4 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped 1/2 teasp Dried Marjoram Salt and Black Pepper 270ml/9fl.oz. Double Cream 350g/12oz Linguine Instructions 1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan, and gently fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes, until golden. Add the herbs, seasoning and cream, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. 3. To serve - drain the pasta well, transfer to a warmed serving dish and top with the sauce. Serve immediately.
